Mr Rawal has been my dentist for about 10 years. I trust him to only do work that is really necessary, unlike some dentists that I have heard about. He is also a very people person. Good at explaining exactly what is happening, good at explaining what I need to do, how to do it, etc. I have moved from St Albans but still make the extra effort to come to this surgery. I am also very impressed with Sue, my hygienist, again a very professional people person. All the staff are very good, and I also appreciate my text message reminders. Just don’t go and retire yet!

I am writing to express my huge satisfaction with the service provided by yourself and your colleagues since I have joined the practice. As you are aware, I too work in the healthcare profession and am aware that very often we are left to answer the complaints and never, or rarely given credit for a ‘job well done’.
The staff which I have encountered from receptionists, hygienists to yourself have been efficient, friendly and welcoming. This was of great importance to me as a ‘very nervous customer’. Rarely do I access a service today which is not fraught with difficulties and disappointments, your service was the complete opposite of this.
